Ingredients:
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 c BBQ sauce (I used organic from Giant)
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Place chicken in baking dish
- Pour BBQ sauce over chicken
- Add sliced onion
- Top with shredded cheese
- Bake for approx 30 min until chicken is cooked through
- Enjoy!
